Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms, each uniquely designed by different designers, provided excellent value for money with all amenities and a cool 'curtains' theme in our case. The service was top-notch, with super friendly staff offering various conveniences from room servicing to assisting at the rooftop bar. While the location wasn't perfect due to being a bit of a walk from some areas, it was excellent overall, close to public transport and shopping areas. The dining experience in the modern take on a traditional Japanese room was satisfying although I missed having a buffet. Overall, a great stay!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were huge, very well decorated, and extremely comfortable. Our room had a unique decorating theme that we called the 'curtains' room. It wasn't ready when I arrived, but despite being very dark, there was ample daylight coming in through the large window in the bedroom. The service was fantastic, though the staff seemed to arrive at the same time and were not very knowledgeable about local restaurants. However, they were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main shopping area and lots of great restaurants, ideal for a family holiday with quiet, cute streets to explore. The dining experience offered interesting Western and Japanese options, albeit extra cost but generously portioned. Facilities were superior overall, with fresh pastries available.
The hotel is set in a great location with easy access to major attractions, yet not close to the town center. The rooms, while lovely and comfortable, had a lingering fishy smell. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing valuable recommendations and assistance. The dining experience was elaborate and gourmet, offering a superb breakfast.
The hotel has spacious rooms with modern amenities like a fridge and Bose speakers; however, the room decor feels outdated and plastic. The location is ideal, close to attractions but with issues like a large bed with limited space. The dining experience offers both Japanese and Western options but lacks a buffet service. Staff are friendly but may need more local knowledge for recommendations.
